Set up in the heart of the Aravallis, Camp Tikkling manages to tickle all the right spots when it comes to camping over the weekend. The place is approximately 60 km outside Delhi and offers a complete disconnect from the city.
The organizers have pitched six permanent tents at this location and have the space and the equipment to pitch fourteen more. They also offer a bunch of adventure sports and even hikes around the hills that surround the site.
However, if you don’t want anything to do with the insane artificial rock-climbing and rappelling patch, the ‘adventure zone’ for kids, the pottery classes or the in-house kitchen offering lip-smacking North Indian cuisine, Camp Tikkling also allows you to select a spot of your own on the 3.5-acre big campsite and pitch a tent of your own.

Also in the heart of the Aravallis, Camp Wild Dhauj is known as one of the best places for camping near Delhi because of its apt location, a huge itinerary of activities, and delicious food.
This place offers ‘deluxe’ tents, which are alpine tents and eco-lodges for all patrons to stay in. While the place to stay is great, the cherry on top of this cake is the activities that Camp Wild Dhauj offers. From DJ nights to zorbing, cycling, flying fox, river crossing, raft building, and a low rope obstacle course and even hikes and treks starting from a nearby village called Mangar, this place has it all!
While this site is operational all year long, we would suggest you take this trip in the summer to fully experience the beauty of this place as this is when you would get a clear view of the million stars that inhabit the night skies above the Aravalli Hills.
Whenever you decide to go, Camp Wild Dhauj will give you an opportunity to tire yourself out and then relax until you feel like your amazing self again - and a bill ranging between INR 1,000 to INR 13,500, depending on what you choose to do and where you choose to stay.
Located about 50 km away from Delhi, Camp Mustang is an astounding spot to spend the weekend. The activities and amenities they provide in this 8-acre campsite in the Aravalli Hills provide you with the opportunity to stay connected, yet away from the city life.
Camp Mustang is, in itself, an organizer and can be directly contacted via phone, mail, or the portal on their website. You can sign up for activities like rock climbing, trekking, air rifle shooting, zorbing, farming, cycling, obstacle course, village walks, rocketry, and astronomy. They also have provisions for children to play which will allow you to relax for a while, without performing clown tricks for the kids.
